How Do Pre-Orders Work?
In some situations items are put up for pre-order. These items are custom made for each purchase and only available for a limited time. The description of these items will typically have a timeline listed in the product's description.
We're always trying to get your order out to you as fast as possible, but also want you to receive high quality merchandise. This process can take longer than expected.

Please remember our fulfillment partners and manufacturing partners are separate companies and we appreciate your patience.
Keep in mind all products within a single order typically ship together, when all of those items have come into the warehouse. Ordering items that are not marked for pre-order separate from items that are marked for pre-order will allow the items that are in stock to ship as soon as possible.
